Mary Chojnowski Mosaic Artist who holds children’s mosaic workshops at her studio in Tsada, will be presenting a workshop for children. The mosaic theme will be vegetables and fruits with magnificent colours. The programme will continue with the Lodge’s cook showing the children how to prepare a traditional South African sweet –Koeksisters - which involves shaping and platting dough.
