NICOSIA -  Nicosia police are investigating the premeditated murder of a Romanian man, police spokesman Andreas Angelides told the Cyprus News Agency on Sunday. He said that according to the police investigation so far, another non-Cypriot was at the victim's house on Larnaca Avenue in the Aglantzia area at 1.30 am  on Sunday,  where they argued in the presence of another three foreigners. 
Angelides said it apears that this person tied up the victim with rope and started kicking him in dfferent parts of his body, with the other three people also present. 
"This morning, when police were informed about the incident, it was determined that the victim was dead and he taken to Nicosia General Hospital. Within the framework of the investigations, the person at the house as well as the other three who were living with the victim were arrested and are being questioned," Angelides said..
He said the post mortem to be carried out tomorrow would determine the cause of death. The crime scene is being guarded and police are continuing their investogations, he added.
