Nicosia Dog Shelter is affiliated to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) and a member Society of the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA.) It cares for stray and abandoned dogs and puppies until they can be adopted by caring, responsible owners.

Directions to Nicosia Dog Shelter:
The Shelter is in Makedonitissa/Engomi in Nicosia. You need to enter through the UN check point, opposite the University of Nicosia (formerly Intercollege) campus. Please to arrange with the guard to let you in. Visitors are welcome at the Shelter between 10am and 4pm daily, except Sundays. There are also charity shops linked to the charity.
