Discounts / Useful Information
1. ONE Child 2-11 years old sharing Superior room type with two adults, stays free on Bed & Breakfast basis (Roll-away Bed or Cot). Note: Cot replaces Roll-away.
2. Third person 12.00 years old and over, sharing any applicable room type with two adults, is entitled to 50% discount on Bed & Breakfast basis.
3. In Family Studios, Beach Family Studios & Family Suites two children 2-11 years old stay FREE on Bed & Breakfast.
4. Children In Separate Room
Children 2-17 years old of the same family, staying in a separate room from their parents, 10% discount on the applicable rates for the separate room on bed & breakfast basis only.
5. Half Board / Full Board Supplements
Half Board / Full Board supplement is valid in the Café Tropical restaurant for Buffet. Lunch or Buffet Dinner.
6. Children Half Board / Full Board Supplements
Children 2-11 years old are entitled to 50% discount on the Half Board, Full Board supplements, (per child per day).
7. Maximum occupancy in the following room types is two adults (over 18 years old): Garden Studios, Penthouse Suites, Executive Suite, Princess Suite, Garden Suites, Prince Suite & One Bedroom Royal Suite.
8. Personal cheques are not accepted.
9. All major credit cards are accepted.
10. Check-in time is 14:00 hours. Check-out time is 12:00 hours (noon)
11. Deposit Requirements
A credit card (number & expiry date) is required in order to guarantee room reservations. Upon confirmation of a reservation, TWO NIGHTS deposit will be required
12. CANCELLATIONS notified to the hotel within 24 hours prior to arrival and NO SHOWS are subject to ONE night cancellation charges on Bed & Breakfast.
